International Shipping Charges
International courier charges vary depending on your delivery destination, address, package weight, dimensions, and current courier rates.
To help you avoid unexpected or incorrect shipping charges, Sarvopari will verify the available courier options for your destination and confirm the final international shipping cost with you before your payment is completed.
This means you will know the shipping cost before you finalize your international order.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in Sarvopari's product or international shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier, customs authority, or relevant local authority.
Sarvopari does not control the amount of customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
If Customs Charges Are Not Paid
If the recipient refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or other charges, the shipment may be delayed, held by customs, returned to Sarvopari, or handled according to the courier's and destination country's procedures.
If the shipment is returned to Sarvopari, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable customs, storage, handling, or other costs incurred by Sarvopari.
Any refund that may be applicable will be processed according to Sarvopari's Refund Policy and applicable law, after any eligible costs incurred by Sarvopari have been deducted.
If the shipment is abandoned, disposed of, or cannot be recovered due to non-payment of applicable customs charges or failure to complete customs clearance, Sarvopari may be unable to provide a refund for the undelivered products, subject to applicable law.
Delivery Times
International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances beyond Sarvopari's control.
Customs delays may result in additional delivery time.
International Order Confirmation
Your international shipping request is not considered fully confirmed until Sarvopari has verified shipping availability and confirmed the final international shipping charges with you.
By proceeding with an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- International shipping charges are confirmed based on your destination and current courier rates.
- You are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and local charges.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
- Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, non-delivery, return, or abandonment of the shipment.
- Any refund will be handled according to Sarvopari's Refund Policy and applicable law.
